③Girder transport: the rail car hauls the girder transport flat car, and a temporary track is set under the car, and the standard gauge is adopted. The speed of the beam-transporting heavy vehicle is controlled at 5.0km/h, and the empty vehicle is 10.0km/h. The beam is transported at the top position, and the rail car is placed behind the beam-transporting vehicle.

④Girder feeding: the cranes on the two cranes on the bridge erecting machine lift the beams to be erected and move forward along the tracks on the left and right guide beams to the beam erection position. The lifting speed and the moving beam speed are controlled at 1.0m/min.

⑤Beam drop: The cranes on the two overhead cranes on the bridge erecting machine will slowly drop the beams to be erected and move them horizontally into position respectively. The tops of the front and rear piers are provided with horizontal moving rails. After the T-shaped beams are moved horizontally in place, jacks are used to lift the beams, and the horizontal moving rails are removed. Then the T-shaped beams are aligned with the beam line to slowly drop the beams into place, and the support bolts are completely dropped. Preserve holes and connect the left and right T-shaped beams horizontally, then pour the support and anchor the mortar, and install the bridge support under the T-shaped beam in advance in the beam storage yard.
